post of Navik
(General Duty) and Navik (Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed
Force of the Union.

Post: Navik (General Duty)
Pay Scale: Rs 5200 –20200 along with Rs 2000 Grade Pay
Educational Qualification:10+2 with Maths and Physics from an education
board recognised by Central/State Government.
Age: Born between 01 Aug 89 to 31 Jul 93. (Upper age relaxation of 5
years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates)
Post: Domestic Branch (Cook & Steward)
Pay Scale: Rs 5200 –20200 along with Rs 1900 Grade Pay
Educational Qualification: Matriculate
Age: Born between 01 Oct 89 to 30 Sep 93. (Upper age relaxation of 5
years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates)
Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates is based on the order of merit depending on their performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Fitness in the Medical Examinations.
